Marialuisa Martelli
Professor in Psychology and Fashion
Marialuisa Martelli held Ph.D. in Psychology and psychophysiology of perception and participated in the New York University Denis Pelli's visual psychophysics laboratory. Her research interests concern the models of reading acquisition across languages, the basic visual mechanisms involved in objects and faces recognition, the perceptual integration as a factor in determining slow reading in developmental dyslexia and the slowing of information processing in Alzheimer and TBI patients by psychophysical measures.
